DHIS2 app to explore and import weather, climate, elevation, and other environmental data into DHIS2 data elements, making it available for use in the Chap Modeling Platform. The app uses several data sources, including ERA5-Land, considered to be the most accurate and complete climate dataset with worldwide coverage.
